MOE Locxs are 100% human hair quality Locs. Locs come in the form of a bulk of unprocessed hair and with a crotchet needle it is transformed into a real loc. Each loc is carefully created to be the same size and width as the the other ones that come in the bundle. All unprocessed bulks undergo an intense sanitation process. Locs can be be bleached or dyed with the appropriate hair tools.
